Utilizing Eagle 3 WC SSR-VII rotor head pilot feedback, this completely new rotor head nearly replicates WC3 competition level precision yet specializes in breathtaking 3D and sport performance. New features include leading edge blade control, 8 mm blade holder spindle, 8 x 16 mm thrust bearings, 5 mm main blade drag bolt and 3D inspired new design head damper rubber.
Freya Evolutions paddles are adjustable in weight from 20 to 40 grams. Easily done by inner end cap removal. Using less weight increases control response.
Freya Evolution uses Hirobo's proven HPM control system as standard equipment for highest reliability and superior performance. Thanks to latest 3D CAD design techniques, a new optimized elevator control system based on the Eagle 3 WC design is featured in this new model. Also standard equipment is Hirobo's T Lever Push/Pull Collective control allowing ultimate balde pitch control in any attitude.
Direct Tail Drive System is standard equipment. DTDS tail drive allows full tail control, including aerobatics, during auto rotation maneuvers.
Sleeker, Faster, Forwards, Backwards, Right side up or Up Side Down is what the Freya Evolution cabin is all about. Slender front section allows high speed forwards flying, tight, wrap around, rear section promotes high speed backwards flight. Slender overall well-rounded shape reduces detrimental aerodynamic drag in any flight attitude.
Concise, discrete use of basic tail components results in a very high precise tail pitch mechanism, simple tail drive and less points of wear from high demand 3D flying and tail gyros currently available. Thru these carefully selected components, maintenance and assembly is easy and dependable
Freya Evolution's Pinion gear is now dual ball bearing supported. Gear mesh is improved resulting in improved durability, less gear noise and improved engine power transfer.
A new component shape provides imporved assembly accuracy. Minimal, if any, correction is required for a truly centered, lowest possible "run out" clutch system. Compared to previous design, clutch shaft run-out, centering, is dramtically improved.
A charging port is also added to the lower position easy access switch mount.
Following Current SST-Eagle specifications, Freya Evolution's updated main frame arrangement offers unparalleled assembly time, easy maintenance, quick alignment of drive drain components, integrated fan shroud and bearing holders; all resulting in higher rigidity and durability. Bearing replacement, when needed, is simple and easy.
