Warranty warning for Hatori products.

If you are in receipt of a product with manufacturer defect, you will have to send back the product direct to manufacturer, where they will check it and if it is a manufacturer defect, they will send you a direct replacment. The buyer has to bear the return shipping of the product back to manufacturer.

While we may not agree with this policy from manufacturer, it is entirely the buyer decision if they want to buy the product. In doing so, you release us the reseller from the responsibility of any warranty claim and we have warned you.
