To all whom it may concern.
We are very sorry for the pricing error caused during our recent 40% off sales promo.
The management of Helikraft wish to serve a notice of apology to affected brand manufacturers, their distributors and dealers for the recent error in discounts issued for certain products range during a discount promotion.
This was caused a faulty discount scheme and the negligence of the sales team to verify prices prior to posting.
The pricing discount was targeted at selected brands only and resulted in the entire catalog being affected.
Helikraft had no intention to undermine the good sales, pricing and working relation ship between distributors, dealer and stockist from which we are truly sorry for the mistake and inconvenience caused.
Brand of products affected include product specifically under manufacturers Align RC, Thunder Tiger, Futaba, JR & OS.
Align RC, Thunder Tiger, Futaba, JR & OS are registered trade marks of the manufacturers.
