Not getting password or password reset emails or emails from the store
It has come to our attention that several email providers may be putting emails from our store in your junk email folder or spam folder. This is mainly due to the problem that our store is a huge magnet for phishing emails or spammers or someone trying to pose as us.
We do not send emails to customer randomly and only do so when we have to ask you something about your order or answer a question, or to announce a special promo for items you may have bought before.
You are not receiving the email from us as your hotmail, yahoo, gmail, aol, etc account has blocked the email and put in the spam or junk mail box.
To be able to receive emails, password, order status, etc, you need to add our email address to the contacts or address book of your email account.
